Gamification Policy

1. Reputation Points

Reputation points are the backbone of Curely’s gamification process. Reputation points are only shown internally to each health professional in the Activity > My Rank tab. It is mainly used to determine how high a health professional’s profile will show up in a consumer’s search. In addition, Curely has more exciting plans for what doctors can do with their RP later on as Curely grows.

*Note. It is vital health professionals earn as many RPs as possible as this is directly related to your Reward Rates and likelihood of consumers choosing you!

A. Mail System

B. Other Activities

Successful Invite150 RPHealth professionals will be awarded for inviting their colleagues to join Curely.
The RP will be awarded only if the invitee’s Curely account is activated and verified.

2. Reward Rates and Performance

Curely offers Reward Rates for high performing health professionals on the platform. The Reward Rates will be based on successful invitations and Monthly/Cumulative Performance. The Performance will be based purely on Reputation Points.

There are two Rankings: 1) Cumulative 2) Monthly.

1) Cumulative Performance is based on cumulative RPs earned throughout a professional’s use of Curely. This ranking will consist of all health professionals, starting from the launch of Curely.

2) Monthly Performance is based on the amount of RPs a professional earned that month. Monthly Performance is reset on the 1st of each month, so that newcomers will have a chance to work up the ladder and earn Reward Rates.

3% reward to the next 10% of health professionals with the most invites
2% reward to the next 20% of health professionals with the most invites
1% reward to the next 25% of health professionals with the most invites

Rewards Associated with RP (Monthly Reset)
4% reward for top 5% ranked health professionals
3% reward for the next 10% ranked health professionals
2% reward for the next 20% ranked health professionals
1% reward for the next 25% ranked health professionals

Rewards Associated with RP (Cumulative)
1% reward to top 50% of cumulative ranked health professionals

*Note. The different rewards can stack, thus the maximum Reward Rate possible is 9%.
